Appointments

All our consultations are by appointment which are made by ringing us on 094 96xxxx. Each patient is allocated a ten minute slot with the doctor. In order to reduce waiting time for patients, the GP will try to keep to this time. We would ask you to be aware of this when in consultation. If you feel you may require more than ten minutes, if you mention this when booking your appointment we will allow for it.

In case of an emergency, we will always see you without an appointment, however, it is best to give us a call before you arrive to ensure you are seen as quickly as possible. In acute cases one of our nurses will assess your problem over the phone initially to ensure that you get either to us or to hospital safely.

Monday-Friday 5pm-6pm
Saturday 9am-11am

Out of Hours:
If you have an urgent medical problem outside of regular surgery hours there is cover available. Nowdoc is an out of hours service available from 6pm – 8am and throughout the weekend and bank holiday Monday’s. You can contact Nowdoc at 1850 400 911. This number is also available on our answering machine service when our surgery is out of hours.

IN THE CASE OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY WHERE AN AMBULANCE MAY BE REQUIRED CALL 999 DIRECTLY.

Payment Methods:

Payment is always due at the time of your consultation. Unfortunately we do not as yet have the facilities for payment by Visa/Laser card but cash and cheques are accepted.

Receipts will be issued with each payment only and not at the end of the year in bulk. Please keep you receipts safe as you may require them to claim back from Quinn/VHI/Vivas at the end of the tax year with the Med 1 form. This form can be downloaded on www.revenue.ie
